Star Spangled Vet Lap Quilt Pattern for Digital Download

Star Spangled Vet Lap Quilt takes traditional quilt blocks and arranges them in an order depending on the need. It is the perfect pattern for making a donation lap quilt for a Veteran's lodge or any other place where a lap quilt is needed either for donation or gifting. You could always make it for yourself. Traditional quilt blocks patterns are great for commemorative quilts, vintage quilts like Underground Railroad Quilts, or Civil War quilts. The lap size quilt is also a perfect for a crib quilt. I imagine it in pastel colors. Traditional Quilt Blocks can be a challenge so I am rating this pattern for Intermediate and above.

I belong to a generous bunch of quilters who believe in passing it forward by donating our time, talents, and resources to make charity quilts.  I designed this particular quilt for a donation quilt for a Veteran group. The quilt I made was done by the QAYG (quilt as you go) method, however it most definitely can be done by traditional quilting. Both ways are included in the pattern.
